Varicose Vein Treatment

Vein Solutions is a Cheshire-based private service specialising in a range of minimally-invasive modern techniques for the treatment of all types of varicose veins. It is run by Mr Sameh Dimitri who is an experienced consultant vascular surgeon in Chester. The service is run at various Healthcare Commission recognised facilities in the North West of England, North Wales, Birmingham and London.

There have been major advances over recent years in the management of varicose veins with the introduction of laser therapy – EVLT , radio-frequency thermal ablation – VNUS, and foam sclerotherapy which have been shown to confer significant advantages for patients when compared with conventional surgery. Patients with thread veins and facial veins have also  benefited from the new therapies. Most of these techniques are performed under a local anaesthetic as an outpatient procedure in under an hour.
